I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WP Engine (Austin, TX) in Mar 2017
Interview
I was given a take-home coding challenge to count the words in a file and print the most common one. The deadline for this was a week. After submitting this, I received an email stating I would be moving on to the final round on-site interview. We essentially did a code review of the challenge I submitted and fixed a small quirk in it. Then, I had a standard behavioral portion. My recruiter said I'd hear back within a week but I never received anything from them.
