Took about a month and was ultimately ghosted for the second time. I was referred by an employee. Had a phone screening about 3 weeks after applying. The midpoint salary was right around how much I was making at the time, but the recruiter was very interested in me, so she was going to talk to the VP about the possibilities. I had a second round phone interview with the hiring manager scheduled for a few days later. It went really well, and I followed up with her if there was any updates on the salary range. She said she wasn't sure, that the salary conversation was happening above her. I followed up about a week later and haven't heard anything since. This is the second time WP Engine has ghosted.
