I interviewed with them for over 2 months and had 4 rounds of interviews. The “last round” was supposed to be the final one before the offer, which is what I was told many times by the company. I was ghosted after 2 weeks after the final round and I was given the excuse that the position is on-hold with the CEO, or there may be additional rounds, the position might be on-hold, and other lame excuses. The reasons given were unprofessional and it’s obvious they are looking for a unicorn candidate that doesn’t exist or they have no idea what they want. Stop wasting candidates' time if you have no clue about hiring and don't know what you what!
