I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at WP Engine (Austin, TX) in Dec 2015
Interview
Presented by a recruiter, passed a phone-screen with HR, and was given a take-home coding test which I apparently failed, even though everything worked perfectly. I asked the HR person to give me feedback, and to their credit, they did: I only coded for the "happy path", and didn't cover all corner and important failure cases.
The instructions clearly stated "should take 1.5-2hr", which is why I focused on the happy path. This was more of a 3-4hr task to cover the other cases.
I give them a LOT of credit for providing feedback on the coding test, so I will probably apply again at some point in the future; they're a very interesting company.

Only had HR phone-screen: usual questions about past experience, why I left each previous job, and what I'm looking for.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WP Engine (Limerick, Limerick)
Interview
I had a great interview process overall. After my initial contact with Ashlesha, she was able to match me with a role that matched my experience, unfortunately the first role I tried for didn't work out. Surprisingly, Ashlesha she got back to me with an interview offer for my current role and that matched my experience even better. The interview was moderate difficulty with 4 rounds of interviews with one coding interview and one architecture interview . Since i did start out interviewing for another role before this, I had about 7 total , but they were quick, completed everything within the span of like 3wks and was able to start immediately after I was approved, like literally passed the interview Thursday and started working the next Tuesday. I'm pretty satsfied so far with everything and look forward to all the journey has to bring ! Wishing best of luck to anyone currently job hunting , hopw you find a role that's your perfect fit !
