WP Engine Operations interview questions

Phone interview with recruiter. She sent me an email after I applied wanting to set up a phone interview and then didn't respond for days. Reached out again and again days went by... finally scheduled a date for a 30 minute phone interview that lasted 1.5 hours. Was told that I would then be presented to the hiring manager... again coordinating a time/date took a very long time. When I finally interviewed with the hiring manager they asked a few generic questions.. nothing about my skills or experience that was related to the job description. Call was very short. Never received any feedback and have not heard from them since.
