WP Engine Procure to Pay interview questions

I had three different phone interviews over the course of three weeks. The first was with the recruiter who asked general questions about experience and culture fits. The second was with the hiring manager, and they asked a lot of “gotcha questions” that seemed to be aimed more towards figuring out why I wouldn’t be qualified for the position instead of trying to discuss what did make me qualified and competent to be successful in the role. The third phone interview was with another team member who then was unsure of any process moving forward with hiring. I didn’t hear back from anyone after that. I reached out once I accepted another position just to inquire about the next steps and let them know of my pending offer. I did not get a response until after I reached out yet again to inform them I had formally accepted the other position.
