Interview
Had a first round interview for a Senior UX Role. At the end of the interview, they informed me that the role didn't exist, but they were hiring mid-level for a different product than I'd initially interviewed for and asked if I'd be interested. I agreed to continue with the interview process and they told me that they'd reach out within a day to schedule the next round. They didn't follow up for scheduling another interview and one week later, they sent me a rejection.
