Interview
Had a phone interview about an hour after I applied, it was very pleasant and went over the pay for the position and the job description. Scheduled a face to face interview at the end of the interaction. The first person to interview me was from HR and stayed in contact with me till the end. All together there were 3 face to face interviews, one with HR, one with a branch and one with someone higher up. Besides the process being long it was quite pleasant and everyone kept in touch. Once I got the offer just had to perform a drug test.

It’s a good experience interviews went well it gives a family atmosphere. With some problems early with the floating . I would recommend this company for anyone I rate this a 5star

The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked about very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is. You know right after if you are hired or not.

Was not too long. They asked me 4-7 questions about my customer experience such as describing a time I had to deal with a difficult customer. He then discussed the history of WSFS and described the roll I applied for. Now I'm waiting for a response.
