I had three interviews. The first one was a brief phone interview with a lady, I believe she was some sort of recruiter in another state. The second was in Wilmington with HR and the third was with a branch manager in lower DE.

It’s a good experience interviews went well it gives a family atmosphere. With some problems early with the floating . I would recommend this company for anyone I rate this a 5star

The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked about very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is. You know right after if you are hired or not.

Was not too long. They asked me 4-7 questions about my customer experience such as describing a time I had to deal with a difficult customer. He then discussed the history of WSFS and described the roll I applied for. Now I'm waiting for a response.
