1 very short phone interview, nonscheduled recruiter called, I assumed to set up the initial interview. Asked a few basic “what are you doing now” questions. After asked to schedule in person interview with the VP of Talent. About a 30 minute interview explaining/comparing pass experience to job. At the end asked to set up 2nd in person interview with mangers within department position will be in. More in-depth about 1 hr basically testing relevant knowledge, kinda of “testing usefulness” type questions. Took about 2 weeks for them to communicate after 2nd in person. Recruiter called to set up 3rd in person interview with VP of department position is in, will be doing 3rd interview soon.
