Career path at WSFS is a joke, the favoritism of who they want to pick for what role is real in their company. I have a few old colleagues/friends that used to work there and left because of many reasons of this. I applied for many entry level positions which i was even overqualified for mostly and yet they still had the audacity to not even get back to me to even let me know if i got the position or not or after interview of if my application was moving anywhere or not. I reached out many times and the HR team didn't even bother to let me know anything nor reply back! For growth in this company i hear you have to suck up to the managers or HR to get anywhere and because of favoritism alot of my former friends/colleagues left the company! I don't recommend WSFS they say "We Stand For Service" but they clearly don't provide proper service to their own employees or applicants how are they gonna provide proper service to then customers then?
