First there's a phone interview where the HR person talks to you about your resume. The next step is they bring you into the HQ in Wilmington where the same HR person talks to you asking you behavioral questions. Straight after that you go to the person that is in charge of the area that you'll be working for a have a conversation with him, where he describes what the job entails. Then there's another interview after that where they go more in-depth about the position.
