I sent my CV online and was contacted back via email for an interview. The interview took more than 1 hour and was with two Technical Directors that were part of the department I applied for.

Question 1
Some questions about myself, about the motivation to work in the UK for WSP and some other general questions about my past experience (projects and research) and also some general questions about structural engineering and what I considered important to develop my career from a bridge/structural engineering prospective.
The interview was nice I interviewed with 2 employees. They asked questions about my past experience and what I am interested in. They also told me about their team and what they expect of me
Online assessment with aptitude questions along with personality test. Numerical reasoning , logical and verbal reasoning questions. They are easy to solve. Each section starts with practice questions. All sections are timed.

Interview
The interview was very informal and the interviewers were super nice and hinted during the interview that I would be getting the job offer but they have to follow the process and interview other candidates as well before making the decision.
