1 on 1. Quite short. Need to know some stuff and only go if you are up for the life. Many questions will be asked like why not O&G.
Come up with good answers and it is good if you have experience previously.

Pretty stress free behavioural questions. Online application process then one way interview and assessment then 2x in person interviews. Both in persons were easy going and with different members of the team you are applying for.
Good interview in general. They asked me fair questions which were relevant to the job.Three people participated from the employer. Relatively efficient process from start to finish, including two rounds of interviews
