I was invited for the interview. First off the interview, the HR introduce their company and the team structure. Then, i started the self introduction and a group discussion task.

There was a written test and Technical interview which was quite difficult. Most of the questions were from structural design and the test questions were tricky and tested thoroughly about the subject
I had an initial video call with the Line Manager and Director. The conversation was relaxed but insightful, focusing on role expectations and team fit. Overall very positive. They were transparent about the day-to-day responsibilities and seemed genuinely interested in how I would fit within the existing team dynamic.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WSP (Bengaluru) in Apr 2024
Interview
I had a technical interview a year before. Interview went very well. You need to be thoroughly good at conceptual wise. Besides to it there will be a HR round as well.
