      Proposal Coordinator Interview

      Jan 7, 2022
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at WSP in Dec 2021

      Interview

The interview was on MS Teams with the hiring manager. It was about an hour-long, and we hit it off. I received an email from the Talent Acquisition Specialist about a week later stating that he was asked to write up an offer letter and congratulated me. Further, in that same email, he explained the salary, hours, RSP, stocks etc., he then proposed a start date. I then sent back an email saying that I would accept the compensation and the start date was perfect. After a few days, I had to follow up with him because I hadn't seen an offer. I then got an email from him saying they decided to take a coordinator from another department and that this need has been fulfilled.
