The interview was terrific. It took place inside of the office i work inside of and it was very formal. My interviewer was very kind and polite, as a result it made me look forward to working with her.

One round of interview with the different department heads within the pipeline design division. I got notified of my interview after an online application, the interview took about 45 minutes and was pretty straight forward.

Tell us about your experience / exposure to relevant software (GIS, AutoCAD)
I was away at school, so we did a phone interview. It was a panel with no more than 4 people on the other end. After introducing themselves, they gave a little note from HR that they have x number of questions that they'll ask, and that they can't elaborate on them but that they can repeat them.
