Interview
There is no interview. You respond to the job posting and allow a background check. If all is in order, you'll receive information on how to study and take your insurance license test. If you pass the test (they pay for it all) you'll receive a training start date. After training, you'll participate in a shift bid. Shifts begin as early as 7:30 am and as late as noon. Open M-F until 8pm CT; Saturday work only during Medicare Annual Enrollment Period Oct 15-Dec 7.

Criminal and Credit History is checked. This is a call center so you must maintain adherence of 90% - attendance and clock in and out for lunch and breaks on time. During Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, it is hard to get time off. They do allow make up time with permission and OT is offered during the season, as well.
Very easy to go through, passed my certification. I can’t recall exactly how it went because it’s years since I became a Benefit advisor. I think once you pass your certification, they immediately take you in for training. If you passed training you start working on floor.

Interview
Fantastic experience and very quick response time in my experience. My first interview was held in the morning and it so happened that I was moved to the next step. The hiring manager had open Availability that afternoon for a video interview. I completed that and was offered the job. Great experience and very positive vibes.
