I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WTW (Richardson, TX) in Jun 2016
Interview
They call you for an interview, however, when you get there you are stuck in a room listening to videos and sales speeches with 50 other people. They base your position on your credit record more than anything. After you fill out your paperwork you have a 3 minute interview with someone. It's a mass hire.

Question 1
How do you feel about senior citizens? Are you comfortable on the phone? How many days of work would you miss in a 2 month time frame?
2 interviews. One with HR Rep and 2nd with a hiring manager. Overall great experience. Several situational questions. Process was fairly quick. Both people I interviewed with were really helpful, friendly, and easy to interview with.
Only three interviews all together. It was clear why I wasn’t selected but seems like a decent company that still allows WFH. I met with someone over the phone then transitioned to zoom interviews. Meeting with two people at a time from the team.
Applied online and was shortlisted.
Followed up by a telephone interview. The process was very smooth and didn’t take long for them to get back.
I was giving more interviews around same time
So I accepted another offer.
