It took 2 months. Started in May with a phone call by a senior consultant and a consultant. Easy questions about motivations and why I wanted to be part of their company. I had a numerical/logical/verbal test and psychometric test by Seville. I passed it. I got an interview at the end of June in their office in Amstelveen. the hiring manager was really friendly and I did not get any particular question. I had after lunch with the team. All looked so perfect, but after two days their HR rep called and said me that the role I got interviewed for has been put on hold from their HQ due to budget constraints. Advice : this shows how a company that is suppose to be a leader in the human capital consulting business has weak structure and no good top management. Please next time don't make wast money and time to person if you don't sign the budget plan.
