Applied online and was asked to complete a numeracy test pretty quickly after. A week later I was asked to schedule a time for a telephone interview. They asked about building relationships, improving a process and collaborating in teams. Then the normal why TW and why T&R. Email 4 days later to say I had been unsuccessful.
