I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at WTW (London, England)
Interview
Process was very straightforward. I was recommended to apply for the company by a recruiter and went to the interview. Interview was mostly an introduction from their part, a self introduction, why I wanted to apply and how much I knew of the insurance sector (which was practically none). They seem very keen to hire young individuals and help them reach their full potential.
It was just a bit stressful after accepting the offer as background checks took over a month, and communication between HR and third party bgc wasn't too great. But overall, a positive experience.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at WTW in May 2026
Interview
The recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn, next interview was with the direct manager, and then the manager above that direct manager. After the third interview it took nearly a month to get back to me with a blanked we went with someone else. The second interview was highly unprofessional as he was 10 minutes late, and then told me to be "more punchy" with my responses because he had another meeting.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at WTW (London, England) in Jan 2026
Interview
Very clear communication, quick responses, realistic timeframes and engagements. Recruiter was helpful and supportive. Ultimately the package was well represented. It was refreshing to discuss early on the package value and suitability to the position and market, without feeling the recruitment team were looking to present huge numbers of CVs.
