I know several people who have interviewed (as well as myself). The interview process takes a long time and they have promised a call back, a second interview, etc., but they rarely follow up, and when they do, they even promise an offer soon, but then never get back with you.

Question 1
Typical questions- what is your current role, list your weaknesses, strengths, where do you see yourself if 5 years.
2 interviews. One with HR Rep and 2nd with a hiring manager. Overall great experience. Several situational questions. Process was fairly quick. Both people I interviewed with were really helpful, friendly, and easy to interview with.
Only three interviews all together. It was clear why I wasn’t selected but seems like a decent company that still allows WFH. I met with someone over the phone then transitioned to zoom interviews. Meeting with two people at a time from the team.
Applied online and was shortlisted.
Followed up by a telephone interview. The process was very smooth and didn’t take long for them to get back.
