Interview
I first did a virtual interview where my answers were recorded. I was asked typical questions like "tell me about yourself". After that, I moved on to a 3 hr interview panel with several different employees.

Tell me about a time you received little to no direction in a project and how you dealt with it.
The interview process was on Teams. The whole process is with some basic interviews questions by asking past experiences and some behaviours questions with two actuaries. The interview lasted for 30 minutes.
It was a Hirevue interview where they asked about 7 questions. After that, there were Hirevue two games that involved mental math and spatial recognition with different, spinning shapes. The Hirevue interview link came after applying about 5 minutes ago with my resume.
