Interview
At first there was Hirevue with pre-recorded questions. Then I had a 2-hour interview with four associates (half an hour with each). The interview was very smooth and professional. You can tell that people at WTW really want to know more about you. From their descriptions of the company you can feel the great culture at the company,
Hire vue video interview, then online assessment centre which included 1hour long interview and various other tasks throughout the day. Interview consisted of 6 motivation questions and 6 competency based questions.
Submitted my resume on their website, got an online video interview later. After that, a Superday with 6 rounds of virtual interviews, each lasted about 30 minutes. Heard back from them roughly a week later. Very smooth and quick process.
