Interview
There is not one. You are schedule to come in with a group of people. A recruiter let's you know it's a temporary position unless they decide to keep you. Then you study for and pass a licensing exam (they provide study materials and classes)and you are hired. All of the material, exams, and licensing is paid for by the company. No drug test. They do a background and credit check.
Very easy to go through, passed my certification. I can’t recall exactly how it went because it’s years since I became a Benefit advisor. I think once you pass your certification, they immediately take you in for training. If you passed training you start working on floor.

Fantastic experience and very quick response time in my experience. My first interview was held in the morning and it so happened that I was moved to the next step. The hiring manager had open Availability that afternoon for a video interview. I completed that and was offered the job. Great experience and very positive vibes.
