Received call from recruiter, went through preliminary interview and was recommended for phone interview with manager. Did that phone interview, then was recommended for face to face interview. Did one of those, then went out on a "field day" with the manager to see exactly what the job was all about. Had another face to face interview with the manager, then a phone interview with the franchise owner. The manager loved me, the owner did not.... No offer :(
