Interview
First step was meeting with sales manager, initial interview went great. Next step was a field ride along with one of the other account reps from the branch, this lasts ALL day. Then after you get back you have to meet with the sales manager again. The next process is a phone interview with corporate. The final stage of the interview process is a presentation to the franchise owners of the branch you are interviewing for.

Casual laid back, he explained company history then asked me about myself and what I did. Overall, the interview went quick. I came in on Friday so the attire was casual,
Short, interviewer didn’t know a lot of the questions I asked about the company and how they were moving forward with the pandemic. The questions were simple and weren’t gauging.
3 different interviews, first is in person and then 2 ride alongs with the managers. They take you out cold calling and show you their way, then they have you do a few sorts but assist you since you don’t know all the questions to ask
