Phone interview with Sales Manager, which was good questions and good impression was given. Ride along, which was a real life insight as to what the job would be like. Very realistic. Then interview with Franchise owner which was very easy, not probing. Job offer given.

I went through 4 stages and received an email at the end stating I did not get the job.
First interview was a phone screening
Second was an online meeting with my manager
Third was day in the life
Fourth was a phone call with the area manager
I feel after the second interview they knew I was not the right candidate, but still proceeded to advance me through.
