Interview
Phone interview with recuirter to gauge opportunity. Next step is a in person interview. A a follow-up assignment is required before an invitation for a field ride is extended. I enjoyed this assignment and use it to follow up with all my potential employers. Field ride is next. They do give you a list of questions to answer and ask you about it at the end of the ride. Then the final presentation before the offer is made.

Casual laid back, he explained company history then asked me about myself and what I did. Overall, the interview went quick. I came in on Friday so the attire was casual,
Short, interviewer didn’t know a lot of the questions I asked about the company and how they were moving forward with the pandemic. The questions were simple and weren’t gauging.
3 different interviews, first is in person and then 2 ride alongs with the managers. They take you out cold calling and show you their way, then they have you do a few sorts but assist you since you don’t know all the questions to ask
