Interview
The interview process was a four step process. The first interview was with the regional sales manager. The sales manager asked a lot of behavioral questions, it was a very informal interview. The next day I was asked back to do a ride along with one of the sales reps. The ride along was a full day from 8-5:30 of "cold walking" door-to-door to businesses. When I got back from my field ride I met with another sales manager for a short interview. A few days later I had a phone interview with the VP of sales. This was a 45min to an hour interview. Then I was asked to come back for a final interview with the sales manager and was offered the position.

They really drill you with negative interview questions to see how you're going to react to criticism.

Casual laid back, he explained company history then asked me about myself and what I did. Overall, the interview went quick. I came in on Friday so the attire was casual,
Short, interviewer didn’t know a lot of the questions I asked about the company and how they were moving forward with the pandemic. The questions were simple and weren’t gauging.
3 different interviews, first is in person and then 2 ride alongs with the managers. They take you out cold calling and show you their way, then they have you do a few sorts but assist you since you don’t know all the questions to ask
