The first was with the recruiter, who did not know too much about the role. The second was a team call with the co-managers. One of the managers was lovely and polite and even had positive body language. The second one was not nearly as polite and had a squeal on her face the entire time. RBF the entire interview. I thought the interview went well. I got the "homework" questions sent to me that evening, and they needed it back by the next day. I sent back the questions within a few hours. The next morning, I got an auto-reject email. The recruiter called me and said she had no idea what had happened and why I did not get the job and could not get anything from the managers. I was a former employee and wanted to work for WWEX again, but the interaction with the one manager put me off. The first one was there when I worked there the first time over 5 years ago. Many people have been working there for over 10 years.

3 round interview. 1st round was a quick phone interview. 2nd round was the more intense one. 3rd was just a desk shadow. Very good experience and very friendly people.
