Interview
Group environment, 2 HR reps, 3 managers. First had a phone interview. Once the candidates were down to 2, i was called in for a group/panel interview and discussion. Mostly skills related questions were asked as well as flexibility. To be more personable i was asked about sports and what i liked to do in my free time. Very honest respectful replies to all of the questions I had as well.
