A two step question and answer session by the department foreman. Then a second one by the director of facilities. At the time I was interviewed that company lacked a replacement for their director of the department where I was seeking work within as a worker. It was quite thorough, and they also had a professional outside agency running another background check and verification. It was a comfortable interview since the higher you go in management I believe, the more amiably presented is the interviewer. I felt fortunate and flattered to speak with someone that high up the chain of command.
