Interview
First interview was a short phone call with a recruiter. It was oddly short an abrupt. She asked me a few specific marketing questions. She didn't give me any time to ask questions. Second interview was your standard video interview. They don't put in the job description what exactly you'll be working on before applying (for instance "Associate Marketing Manager - Insert department name). I didn't find out until the second interview what exactly the role was. That kind of made it a waste of time because I wasn't interested in the position after finding out.
