I applied online and was called to complete the second part of the assessment in-store. A few days later I was called to complete a interview. The overall experience was very laid back. The interview was conducted one on one and he told me that he has to ask all candidates the same questions for equality. He read them off of a paper and wrote my answers down as we went.

The interview was great, I sat down with both the store manager and the assistant manager. They ask you about your work experience/history and then I did an assessment with them. They asked me questions and I responded with my own experience surrounding the question. Very friendly and welcoming environment right off the bat.
