Typical retail job process. Applied online and did the online assessment. Went in store and did computer assessment. Called for interview two days later. Interview typical of a retail environment. When asked of my availability, the manager seemed like what hours I could work may not fit for this position... I tried turning it around and making sure they know although I have some obstacles in scheduling, I am very flexible otherwise. I am hoping for the best but prepared for the worst. The reviews on here led me to believe they are typically easy to work with as far as schedule, but the manager has me thinking otherwise. They want the employees to be flexible for them, which is understandable. I was told the longer you're employed, the easier it is to have a more fluid schedule. I liked what I heard about the tech job however.
