Interview
I received a first interview with 2 HR employees. Both were very professional and went thru a script of behavioral interview questions. I received a second interview with the DC manager and the District manager. The first interview I received behavioral interview questions. The second interview was more of what the position entailed and when they would be filling the position. It appeared they were in the process of changing the responsibilities of the position.
Standard behavioral and employment experience based interview questions. Multiple round interviews both virtual on Zoom or Microsoft Teams and in -person. Moderate preparation for interviews with Human Resources and Operational Leaders.

It was zoom interview. The interview lasted about 40 minutes and they asked me behavioral questions. I used the STAR (situation, task, action, result) method to answer questions.
