In the interview they gave me a series of SAR questions. Like what could you explain this and how you handle the situation.It was not that hard. Some stuff I made up. Because I always find these questions difficult. But in about 2 weeks they offered me the position.

Two step process. Spoke to a recruiter via phone. The recruiter asked basic questions. Next we setup an interview with the hiring managers through Microsoft teams. It lasted approximately 1 hour. They asked situational questions regarding CARE
