Apply to company website. Recruiter will call and screen with a phone call. Then recruiter will talk with hiring manager and go over the phone interviews. They will work together to bring in people to interview in person. After interviewing (2 to 3 managers will review), they will make a decision to see if another round is needed or if they have enough to make a decision.

Relatively easy and email was consistent. Scheduling with HR was seamless. Used Teams video to video screen. Seemed pleasant. Questions were very direct and asked to answer short and concise. Limited to the exact time of the interview.

- Applied online, received an email next day to schedule screening call with recruiter
- Recruiter seemed very new, it was not a great conversation
- 24 hours later, received automated rejection email. IMO their talent acquisition process leaves a lot to be desired.

3 rounds of interview, starting from Mgr to Dr to Sr Dr. Each asked different types of questions as if they focused on different areas (behavioral, task oriented). Needed to substantiate experience represented on resume with specific examples. In other words, be sure to back it up and not be vague.
