Interview
The interview was basic, they went off a generic question form that asked a variety of questions on situational areas of customer service and dealing with customers and customer issues.

Question 1
Why do you feel you are a good fit for this company?
Took forever to set up. the company really drags its feet and compensates based on market averages. Had to be blunt on pay reasons. Almost better to quit and get hired at the next position
Pretty basic process. Manager was super busy and extremely distracted due to stress over a future walk through. Which was great to see how they reacted under pressure which made it a hard pass for me.
