Quick, easy, more personality questions than skills questions. It was just to see how well you would fit with the team. After the interview they call you back in a couple of days or through the phone to give you an offer.
A few basic questions to access my abilities and interest to see if I would fit into the team environment and work well with the others in the store. To see if I could learn easily and work hard.

Interview
Met with the assistant manager of the store, who was very polite and welcoming, which made conversation easy. Made small talk in the beginning, and then she asked six situational/behavior-type questions. Was offered the job on the spot, accepted it, and was out the door with the drug test materials.
