Very smooth, interview was very cool, she didn’t ask to many questions off her paper: more so got to know me as an individual. Very easy going and overall interview was actually fun! She made me feel comfortable

What would you do if a patients medication is no longer covered by their insurance ? How do you handle the situation ?
Encompasses situational scenarios. It tested a candidates ability to act in variety of different situations related to retail pharmacy. The interview does not require much technical specific knowledge, but is meant to assess a candidates ability to work in a high paced retail environment.
Informal and comfortable. I felt relaxed and was able to be myself. Some interviews are extremely nerve-wracking, but I was able to ask all my questions and felt at ease. It made me feel like it would be a good place to work.
