I scheduled an initial phone call with a recruiter and the day of the interview I was never called. A phone number was provided in the interview confirmation email if you needed to reschedule your interview. I called that number twice and both times I received basically the same answer, "...we'll reach out to the recruiter to get your interview rescheduled..watch out for a call or email from us." Weeks have gone by and I still haven't heard a thing from anyone.
The interview took about 5 minutes. It was clear they were desperate to fill the role which was a red flag. I declined the offer immediately and do not regret it one bit.

Responsive and straightforward process. I had 4 interviwies all happened within 2 weeks. Breakdown: Initial recruitment interview, manager interview, head interview, hr interview in that order. Questions varied in each from regular tell me about yourself to skill and behavioral scenarios.
