The interviewers were very welcoming. They clearly stated what they were looking for in an employee. They also provided information as to how the company can help students with college.

Went in with a lot of info about my qualifications and really wasn’t asked much beauty-specific. Some managerial related questions, which I was a bit surprised by but makes sense given that you are often the only staff member in the beauty department.

Describe a situation you were in where you had to step up and be a leader?
There was just one straightforward behavioral interview with the store manager. It lasted maybe half an hour. I got a callback with an offer the same day, later that afternoon.

I met with the store manager and he showed me around the store and the departments I'd be in charge of. I also got a mini lesson about the Walgreens x Boots Alliance. We then went to the back office and finished our interview.
