Very easy process. Received an email if interested in position. Called and set up a time of interview. Interviewer held interview over the phone. Total of 8 questions and 45 minutes.

All behavioral questions of identifying a situation and how it was handled. Interviewer was very interested in details of each situation.

Interviewed with the health system supervisor within 2 weeks of the application.
The interview was conducted via zoom and was about 30 minutes. At the end of the interview he stated it would take about a week before I would hear back regarding my status, meaning if I got the job or not. However, it was shorter than that.

Fast & Efficient: Ask simple questions to make sure the candidate is legally qualified and available to work in said location. The interview was very short and to the point. The hiring process was fast and moved very quickly.
