Interview was not hard at all, just like a basic job, they do drug test so be aware. Great company hopefully you will enjoy it. Make sure you go on time, I would suggest being at least 15 min. early.

First I filled out an online application, then I was emailed an invitation to take an assessment that last about 20 minutes - and all the questions were about work styles and personality fit

Straightforward and to the point. Not many difficult questions for an entry level job. There were not many questions in general and it was mostly focused on how to handle difficult customer interactions.

Intimidating, but helpful, told me to be confident. Told me the tasks for the position and asked for hours that I was available for, also asked if I was in school.
