Seemed like a great role. The recruiter reached out and I was told it is an urgent hire that is going to be fast tracked. I interviewed and went through 6 rounds of interviews on different days to accommodate and expedite the process. The scheduling team was also messing up the time schedules and would either respond a tad too late or mess up the time. What was initially claimed an 'urgent hire' stretched into 13 weeks with no feedback or communication between each round unless I followed up. Even after the final round I received no response until I was given a negative answer after reaching back out. Overall it left a bad taste given how I was keen on the role and seemed like they were too.
