I had to take an assessment and talk to the recruiter before being able to talk to the actual hiring manager. I don’t really know what the point of the assessment was.. when I spoke with the recruiter she asked me basic question as well as questions the hiring manager also had before speaking with them. You’re never going to fill a job like this. All in all it was a complete waste of my time and received a rejection email the next day. Honestly, if you don’t see qualifying information on my resume, I don’t know why reaching out would change that...
