Applied for the job and got an interview 2 weeks later. They were very accommodating since I was living out of state at the time and allowed me to do a phone interview instead
It was online interview. Both were very nice people to talk to. They asked about experience as working pharmacist. it was three interviews in total. The offer was online after the third interview.

The interview process was over the MS teams and very casual. I got asked 3 questions and interviewers were very friendly as well. It lasted for 35 minutes. And they told me on the spot that they'd love to have me.

I was asked several behavioral questions/prompts by the district manager and given ample time to ask my own questions. The interviewer was welcoming and friendly. The entire interview lasted about 30 minutes
